Luke, the creator of ShredFast has over 15 years’ experience in the fitness industry. He was a professional footballer before turning his attention to strength & conditioning, powerlifting, bodybuilding and more recently mixed martial arts. He is passionate about helping improve the physical and mental wellbeing of as many people as he possibly can.
In early life Luke would save up what little money he had to buy online workouts. Over the years he tried endless programmes and was always disappointed by the quality. He felt they never truly cared about their customers. It was during this time that he began to envision creating his own programme one day.
In his early twenties Luke suffered with his mental health and became depressed. He started to study mental health awareness, spirituality, and cognitive function. He was on a mission to heal himself. This involved practicing mindfulness and meditation alongside his fitness regime.
This led Luke on a journey that has taken him all over the world. From a fight camp in Thailand to spending a week with Wim Hoff in Poland, where he practiced intense breath work and cold exposure. Luke has experienced every aspect of health and fitness you can possibly imagine.
Through reflection of his experiences, he created the ShredFast programme.
Luke opened the Shredfast Well-being Centre and it has become a massive success. He wanted to maximise the number of people who would benefit from fitness, positive vibes and sense of community that the ShredFast Methodology creates. So, during lockdown he developed his first website and started a subscription-based programme which has been received with huge love and support.
