Once you’re signed up to our ShredFast Reset Challenge, you will create an account meaning you can start to familiarise yourself with our online portal before the challenge start date on Wednesday 4th May.

For this challenge, we are taking “Any Body Can” to a whole new level by incorporating a scale of workouts suitable for every level; whether you are a complete beginner or an advanced level trainer – we have got you covered!
