TODAY’S WORKOUT IS A “BODYWEIGHT WITH JOE”. PERFORM THIS AND THEN YOU HAVE AN OPTIONAL STEADY STATE CARDIO. DURING YOUR STEADY STATE CARDIO YOUR HEART RATE SHOULD BE BETWEEN 120 – 150 BEATS PER MINUTE FOR THE ENTIRE DURATION. THIS CAN BE DONE ON ANY CARDIO MACHINE OR SIMPLY BY RUNNING OUTDOORS. PLEASE PERFORM THE BODYWEIGHT WITH JOE WORKOUT FIRST IF YOU ARE GOING TO PERFORM STEADY STATE CARDIO.
